I'm Currently Feeling: | Will you tell everyone how hard this has been? hi girls. I was just wondering......when we all get our BFP's (which we all will - and soon!) will you tell everyone how hard a journey it has been or will you say that you have been trying for "a couple of months". A very close friend of mine has just confessed that they were trying for over a yaer for their son - but at the time they told everyone that they got pg after just one month of trying? it just got me thinking that's all...... |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Totally agree, It always sounds easier than it actually is!
I feel that if the honesty reflects reality of conceiving it will help those that feel it will never happen.
When people tell me how easily they concieved it truly make me feel like a failure, and that my body is letting me down, It stresses you out and makes the whole scenanrio worse! |

I think probably i will, but right now if anyone asks if we're trying then i say not just yet and if anyone who knows we're trying asks then i say that i'll happen when the time is right etc etc.
I will want the world and his wife to know just how much i want my baby, and how hard we tried to get there though!!!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Veeeerrrryyy interesting question!
I think i will tell some of my friends. Explain that we didnt want the extra pressure of people knowing we were TTC, but it's been a very difficult time.
I worry though that some of my friends will feel mortified i have been going through such a horrible time and not told them? On the other hand though, until you've been through it yourself you just don't understand do you? So maybe if i did tell them they would just think i was going OTT?! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I will tell people after we've bought our next baby home and they are safe. Our ttc journey seems to have just been so full of heartbreaking moments that I don't think I could share it until I'm pretty hopeful that it's over.
I'm glad that I've got all of you here though. After our son was stillborn I thought about cutting ties here. Infact, on my other ttc forum I did and I haven't been back since. I didn't leave here though, I think everyone on here is just so understanding and to be honest, if I've got to ttc again, I'd rather share it with you ladies, you keep me sane |

| I think that the stories of other women on here are the things that have kept me going. Knowing that I am not the only one struggling to conceive. Or that others have had experiences much worse than mine but are still positive about the future.
So I think I will be honest. So that those who might be WTT (or TTC with little success) in my life outside of this forum, are not disheartened by yet another person who 'got caught straight away'... | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Good question! No I don't think that I will tell anyone of the journey. It's stressful enough having family and co-workers pestering you everyday asking "when, when, when?" - little do they know whe are working on it. |
