Now then young lady, that whole waiting for 6 weeks business before going to your Dr?? You know the one where I said you shouldnt wait 6 weeks? Well helllooooooo if you have had pcos and pelvic inflammortary disease then you should definitely go back sooner hun! Perhaps they can look into this for you! Its been 5 weeks since you came off BCP, I would of expected you to have had something by now, if only a withdrawal bleed! If you dont get an AF within the next couple of days then I would go along and explain about your history and that you are STILL waiting for a withdrawal bleed from BCP! A withdrawal bleed should normally appear within a few weeks of stopping BCP however it could then take upto 6 months or more for AF to regulate itself into a regular cycle. Were you on cerazette long hun??? [/quote]

LOL, yes mum! bless ya for caring.
I had only been on cerrazette for about 3 or 4 months, had been on another pill before that 9 months before that but changed to Cerrazette as constantly had thrush on the other pill so no i wasnt on it long at all but MY GOD did it mess around with me! lol
Ok i will ring my Gp tomorrow and see when i can get an appointment and see what he has to say about it. It realy hadnt occured to me that when i came off the BCP that i wouldnt have a withdrawl bleed or a period or anything at all for this length of time so i will see what the doc says. I have had no more crmping again today but my god am i covered in spots all round my mouth and chin, woke up today with even more. On a brighter note though have just been to my slimming world class and have lost another 3 and a half lbs this week so at least am shifting the weight again finaly! see there is always a silver lining lol.
I will keep you updated once can see a doctor, may not be until next week though now. thanks xxxxxx

I have posted this on another thread but seems relevant here too.

I am not sure this will help but I have recently (28th June) stopped cerazette after about a year (was previously on depo for around 6 years). I had no periods at all and no side effects either - lots of you seem to have not got on with it very well but I was a huge fan!!!

Anyway had withdrawl bleed on 30th June for around 3 days then nothing for about 2 weeks.

Then for the following 3 weeks I had constant cramps - some very bad others just niggling but the bad ones were painful and required a hot water bottle and tablets! Then they stopped a week or so ago and am fine.

I do have some OV tests and these showed a positive just over a week ago (on the Sat) so wonder if once I had ov'd everything had sorted itself out. Not sure but am expecting AF this week - will be really confused - 6 weeks since stopped and in limbo waiting!!

Them god damn cramps are just horrible hun! I had them for about a week before AF arrived last Tuesday! Im really hoping this sorts itself for you hun! Glad you got a Dr's appointment booked, even if you have to wait nearly a week for it, and ya never know you might get a or the might appear before then!

Aww hun your more than welcome, if I can do anything to help you ladies on this journey I would jump at the chance! I myself am not actually TTC, I just stumbled across this place my mistake and have been hooked ever since! So because im not actively TTC it means I can remain available to all you girls as and when, im not saying everyone is wrapped up in their own problems because it seems that everone in this section is there for eachother, but obviously each of your own problems comes before everyone else's whereas me, I dont have my own TTC journey and therefore can concentrate on you girls, dont get me wrong I have my own issues, like mad ex girlfriends slashing car tyres and keying my car up and stealing cars and burning cars out and men just generally doing what they can to annoy me, being made redundant ya know the everyday kinda stuff Im just waffling eh??? LMAO! Anyway I spose what im trying to say is, your welcome, anytime!
