I'm Currently Feeling: | Poll: Would *you* wait??? Engaged to be married, just had m/c on 16 July Hi everyone!
My situation.
37 years old.
Engaged to be married.
Meeting with priest on Saturday to find out available ceremony dates.
Thinking mid-late October.
Just suffered early m/c in mid-July.
As much as I want to TTC again right away, I am considering waiting until *after* we get married in case I m/c again.
Is my biological clock of a couple months a reason we shouldn't wait (our original reason for TTC before getting married in the 1st place)?
Would love to know what *you* would do in my shoes!
Call me Chicken Little? :/ |

I'm Currently Feeling: | oooh tough one... october is not to far awayso if you did fall straight away it wouldnt be a disaster... on my wedding i couldnt eat or drink a thing anyway so getting drunk wasnt a problem.. Plus... im sure the wedding could be delayed if u wanted to.. but i'd say go for it
Is your cycle back to normal now? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | im getting married in october and im nearly 5 weeks pg. We fell really quickly and ill be 16 weeks by the wedding if all goes well. I decided that if im going to M/C then ill still have the wedding to focus on and if all goes well, ill be 16 weeks by the wedding, so ill have a bit of a bump but any chance of illness or mc should be well over by then.
I say go for it. Yes the worst could happen again, but at the end of the day you cant put your life on hold, especially if you feel time is passing you by.
You never know - it could all work and and 3 of you could be going on your honeymoon! x x |
