Sometimes it sucks so bad to be a woman! 
I have such bad cramps! Im stuck at work, and I feel like im going to puke! The only plus side is that I dont get like this every month... but Arrrggggg |

I take one of those buck wheat packs to work and zap it in the microwave and sit it in my lap - it seems to ease it a little. |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Hope that your cramps go away soon. You could always buy some of those therma-care things. That, along with lots of Midol usually does the trick.
