| My specialist asked me this question and at that point i said it was getting longer each time slowly, when i first came off of bcp it was about 2 days, then i went through a patch of spotting for several days before hand but AF only actually lasting 2-3days. He said that for a woman to sustain a pregnancy you really need 3 days flow, when you are getting 3 days of flow, don't think it has to be mega heavy etc, then your hormones are correcting themselves after bcp, im just getting there now i hope as this cycle i had one day of spotting efore AF and im on third day of flow a year after stopping bcp!!!! |
