Newbie wanting info!

Hi guys,

I am new to this forum thing but have noticed a lot of acronyms being used- can someone tell me what they are???
obviously I have worked out the the n in BFN is negative and the p in BFP is positive but what are the other letters? and CD?, ww, BD? Im slightly confused!! been trying to work them out myself with no joy?????
