changes in stomach during 2ww

Hi all

Has any1 noticed any changes in their stomach, i'm in my last wk of 2ww n my stomach has gone really hard all around the outside of my womb near to my hips, any clues is it a good sign????

Well all I know hun is that ive felt the same today, I feel like someone is stood either side of me and they are pulling on my tummy! Its been aching all day, not as in tummy ache pain but achy and my back is proper aching and I never suffer with a backache
