Soy and Sperm count


I was just watching the news and it said that soy even just a little bit can lower a mans sperm count by 50%, so ban your man from soy!!!

i know asian people have less chance of having twins whereas africa people have a hight chnace. I suposse that to do with the woman releasing more eggs tho

It can also affect women's fertility.


From this week's Grazia mag:
'when high level of the isoflavones in soya are ingested they interfere with or block your body's own oestrogen production. Just one cup of soya milk a day can alter the length of the menstrual cycle'.

Worth thinking about...
