When to BD? Frequency?

I have just done a conception chart on whenmybaby.com and to cover all bases I chose the shortest cycle length to be 28 and the longest 35 (cycle before bcp), my first cycle since coming off BCP was 30.

Anyway to cover these the fertile days go from 28th July to 8th August, first possible OV 31st July, last 7th August.

Now I want to BD everyday but I am worried that sperm count in the semen will have dropped by 7th August because its not really getting a chance to be made again and if I ov then then will have a smaller chance but worried if we BD every other day or every 36hours we will miss it

I was thinking of BDing everyday around the predicted OV for a 30 day cycle seeing as thats what I had in the last cycle then every other day before and after that so for example. CD 11, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 23? On a strict 1BD per day as its usually 3/4 which is probably not very good for sperm count etc.?

I dont want to start using OPKs etc. yet as it's only my 2nd cycle.

I've heard conflicting things about bding every day versus every second day. Some say every other day lets the sperm build back up again and they live for over 24 hours anyway. Others (like FF) say that unless your OH has a low sperm count then bding every day shouldn't make an appreciable difference. Certainly with FF to get the high rating for chances of conception, it looks like every day is a necessity!

For me, we bd every other day once I get a high on my cbfm and every day for 3 days once I get a peak - that's the theory anyway! I know you're not using opks but if you have an idea when you ov, how about every other day until over is close and then every day?

Totally up to you hon, I'm not sure I'd have the stamina for every day during the fertile period!!!

Well, I O on CD19/20 so to BD as below would probably be ideal ....
CD13 -BD
CD15 -BD
CD17 -BD
CD18 -BD
CD20 -BD

Ish ..... basically I go on my CM and try to do it as much as we can building up to O ... just need to get DF in on the plan!
