Depo effects can last a good 12 months in your system, believe me.....am still suffering and mine was longer ago thatn Dec.

A good detox can really help...I'm going to try doing so over the next few days, try and boost myselff this time!

What sort of detox do you do hun? I am willing to try anything to help AF get here.

Here's quite an interesting article.

http://ezinearticles.com/?Go-for-Dep...e-it&id=676062

For me, dietary detox will be about 5 or 6 days. I shall have fresh fruit for breakfast, grilled fish, salads, steamed veg, a little wholewheat rice or pasta for lunch and dinner, but I shall knock bread on the head. Buckets of water daily, sometimes with a squirt of fresh lemon juice to liven them up a bit.

And cut out alcohol, dairy, & caffeine.

I will carry on having sauna's until I know I've ovulated as they're not good if you are pg (here's hoping huh?) and I plan to try and keep up and exercise routine permanently.....( to that bit!)
