Well I am feeling a bit low today...

I have been temping for a few cycles now and have always had reasonably good temps etc but this cycle they started normal but suddenly shot up high...I put this down to falling ill but now days after I fell better my temps are still way high...to add to my misery I had so me cramping the last few days and when I wipe(sorry tmi) there is fresh blood spotting!!!

I just have no clue whats going on now....plus I am now hoping I stop spooting by tonight as we are following SMEP and its CD12 today so BD tonight.....I know its still early on n my cycle and that illness can cause ovulation to be delayed but its just getting me down....

Sorry...moan over. I just had to let it out as all OH can offer is it will be ok...but to me fresh blood spotting isnt ok.

Hi Emma,

I'm sure it will be fine (I know, I know, you've already heard that from your OH!).

If I remember from your journal you've been having a pretty stressful time recently and being ill won't have helped. (I really ought to stop in there more often and say hello rather than just reading it, sorry )

Fingers crossed that the spotting stops so you can carry on with SMEP.

the best thing you can do is put some really stupid music on n dance like an idiot around your front room! i find footloose works well!!!!
but seriously hun kick back and relax(i know i know sorry) you will feel so much better 4 it !!!!

Thank you girls....

I have released some anger at the tip throwing and smashing sstuff I was dumping there....I came home and danced about then I watched a film. I amabout to take myself off for a nice bath and pamper session to myself cos well I am worth it
