I'm Currently Feeling: | I have severe back pains when AF comes. I take a pain reliever and I have a heating pad on my back. I also use the ThermaCare Heat Wraps (disposable heat pads) during the day or when I sleep. |

| Still dying. This is not funny. I had to fly home like this yesterday. These cramps totally disrupted my holiday. Had them on off for the entire time. I went to a chemist there and they gave me these pills. "You only take 2 every 8 hours, very important," they said.
500mg each. What did they do for the pain? Precisely nothing. My God, why are we cursed with such agony? I cannot keep still, the pain is that bad.

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hi there,
I know this isn't much help. But in the past I have had terrible AF pains and went to the docs. They gave me something stronger than over the counter pain killers.
Hope that the pain gets easier for you.

I'm Currently Feeling: | I usually curl up on the sofa with a hot water bottle, a hot chocolate and a big chocolate bar but it sounds like your pain is way past that. Can you get yourself to a doctor today hon and get some proper painkillers? You poor lovely! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Feminax on an empty stomach. Not the new ultra ones though, I tried them and they did nothing. I still swear by the orignal ones though and they are ok to take on an empty stomach which seems to make them work quicker.
I hope you're feeling better soon hun |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I get really bad cramping AF pains and use Nurofen Plus - it contains codeine and usually always works for me as long as I take them as soon as AF starts.
Hope you feel better soon xx | | | | Status: Offline
