You poor thing.

I get horrendous pain too. I take ibuprofen and paracetemol as that means I get to take 7 lots of 2 painkillers a day instead of 4. That also means I can take them through the night as I find otherwise after a whole night of no pain relief, the morning is unbearable.

To be honest though, although they do help, they don't take the pain away, they just lessen it, and I still have 1 or 2 days where i cant really do anything as have to stay absolutely still - thats the only way I can get the pain to stop.

Definitely go and see your doc. I'm going to go back to see mine before my next period to see if I can get something stronger that works. They've prescribed me things in the past but they havent worked.

Just keep remembering it wont last. I hope you get your this month and this is the last time you have to go through this!

i get realy bad af pain and take ibuprofen and paracetemol. i was told when having my son that if you get really really bad af pain you are more likly to have an easyer time giving brith as youer used to bad pain
