Im supposed to go for blood work on day 3 and day 21 of August or this month..
Im so confused and I forgot to ask surgeon how Im supposed to figure it out
pls help!

Hi Don't panic!! Day 1 is the first day of full flow on your period, so day 3 is two days later. Get a calendar and write the Cycle days on so you can see when day 21 is! Good luck!

I think this is right but please correct me if I am wrong anyone.

Basically day 1 is the first day of your period when calculating anything to do with ovualtion and pregnancy.
So it will be the 3rd day of your next period and the 21st day from the first day.

Just wanted to add that the Day 21 tests should actually be called 7dpo (days past ovulation) tests, as that is when they will yield the information being looked for. If, for example, you ov on day 19, your Day 21 tests aren't going to tell you (or your doc) shit.
