I am going to be controversial and say that actually I think excess stress can be detrimental to TTC ... there is research that stress can be related to a missed ovulation.
While I do not think that it can cause 'infertility' I do think that there is a reason people do report falling pregnant while 'on holiday' or 'on a break'. While it is not quantifiable evidence there is to much anecdotal evidence supporting it.
I also agree that where there is a fertility issue all the 'relaxing' in the world wont cure it.
But it has been shown and proved that the body works better in lower stress circumstances .. TTC included.
However stress comes from many areas of our lives, work, home etc, not just our mad TTC obsessing! But if we can try to lower it I believe it can help in all aspects of life.

Miel spells in my opinion DO work, however I would be inclined to find someone near you who can work very very closely with you! Spells also dont work at times, especially if the person has physical problems! But that is just my opinion hun! However what I can do is recommend some crystals to you...

FERTILITY CRYSTALS

Crystals have been proven to have healing properties, they are living organisms and have a life energy of their own...

What im about to say is my opinion im not saying by doing this it will end your TTC time and take you over to First Trimester but im sure you ladies wont mind trying this...

What I would like to recommend to you all is to go to your nearest New Age Shop, I buy my wicca/tarot bits and pieces from an online shop called holisticshop (uk web site) but if you can actually get to a shop that sells crystals then go as you will be able to choose your own, when choosing your crystal use your left hand to touch them (relates to the heart) you will be "drawn" as to which one you would like to buy, they are very inexpensive a couple of £$ if that! The crystals that are best for fertility are Carnelian, Moonstone, Amethyst, Rose Quartz and (Green) Chrysophase! You can either purchase a pure crystal and keep it in the bedroom (or room inwhich you like to do your bding) maybe under your pillow, which is where I always keep my crystals that I use throughout my lifetime or alternatively buy a necklace/pendant or bracelet. Some shops actually sell Fertility Talismans which you can carry around with you at all times, and if you can find an egg shaped crystal then even better! You can also put them into your bath water! Or make an elixir which are fab!

However what I would do is lay in a quiet place (if possible) with the crystal on your Sacral chakra (which is just below your belly button) preferably an orange crystal (Carnelian) and another one on your Solar Plexus Chakra (which is above your belly button) any of the crystals that I have mentioned will be fine! Although moonstone is my favourite and probably one of the easiest to find in an egg shape.

Just do this as often as possible, these crystals have been known to improve fertility, however as I said their are no guarantees but it gives you something else to focus on, please just shout if you need to know anything or dont understand something or PM me!

Sorry I forgot to say.... All you precious ladies out there just remember, No Angel has broken wings, you all have your wings and are free to fly up and away from any situation! If things are getting too much take time out, but whilst you are doing that ask your Angels to watch over you and help you, tell them exactly what you want, the Law of the Universe states that our Angels are not allowed to intervene unless we ask, even if you dont believe in Angels do it anyway, write down what it is your heart desires or speak out loud to them or just say it in your head, as long as we are not being greedy they will do all they can to give you what you "need" I cant imagine what you ladies go through month after month, and to be honest I dont even know why im drawn to this site as im not TTC, I have two gorgeous children and im happy not to have anymore, but I cant leave this place LOL! x x
