hi girls i ovulated on day 16 nand come on period 11 dpo could i have a lutal phze defect what is a lpd i just dont get it all an what test would i need for that any help would be appreicated

Technically LPD is a luteal phase (the time between Ov and AF) of less than 10 days.

12-14 days is absoutely normal, 10 -17 days considered not a problem, but if you are concerned VitB6 and Agnus Castus have good records of lengthening it.

thanks for the help i go to a health shop and get some huh the thing is the last time i was pregers was 16 years ago its much this time round

no i havnt found out from docs i jst read some stories and thought maybe that what i have as i only went 11dpo then the which tured up so i though maybe thats what i have
