Started with lower back ache today and cramps low down in my tummy, this is what has been happening the last few months since my mc in Jan before AF makes her apperance.

I think my body is preparing itself for AF's arrival

I've tried to be so relaxed about TTC for the last 2 months but it hasnt work and I feel like I'm never going to be pg again.

We fell in month 2 first time around and weren't even officially trying. I know there are people worse off than me but I just want to crawl in a hole and stay there until AF has been and gone!

Oh Lanyloo, don't get too down chick. I was feeling like that yesterday (see my journal if you want to read proper mardy bird!!), but as all the girls said to me, it's not a definite sign, as many PG signs mascarade as AF signs.

It aint over till the fat sings.

My body is doing all sorts of twinges, cramps and bloating before my is due and I always hope that these are PG signals but it's true...they can be either!

I think we are more in tune with our bodies after being PG and even more so if we have been unfortunate to have a mc.

If your comes this cycle, try and see it as a brand new start and try and be positive for the next cycle...easier said than done i know, but it's what I'm trying to do!

When I got pregnant the first time, I was sure AF was about to arrive. I had all the usual symptoms (back ache, cramps, I even have a few pimples in my face). When I was only 1 day late I tested and it was positive so keep the faith! It ain't over till is over!

Oh sweetheart, we all have our down days so don't worry

If it is the then so be it... have a few 'days off', open a nice bottle of wine and try to recharge your batteries ready for your next cycle...

One day, you'll get your and it will worth the pain/strain/emotional drain!!

Like everyone else has said, they could also be early signs of a too so don't dismiss that just yet!!

Sorry you feel so sad, I have been feeling just the same I MC in April but should be due 6th Nov I have actually been crying today thinking that in a few months I was going to be a mum and now I am not even pregnant. Its so hard them few days before is due especially if you feel like she is on her way. It feels like another 4 weeks is a lifetime away. I wish I could help you feel better just try to remain positive and think that soon we will get our and that amazing feeling with it. It will happen, If it takes a little more time to have a beautiful healthy baby then its worth the wait.

Oh sweets, I know exactly how you feel. I feel pregnant so quickly in November which resulted in a m/c. Two cycles nearly 3 down, and i think Lady Muck is also on her way.

I think half the problem is relaxing and getting on with your life.
