I've not been here too long, and therefore not really qualified to post in this thread, but I just wanted to say how much I truly hope you all get your BFP soon.

If life was fair and dished it all out to those deserving, then you'd all have babes in arms already..... and to you all xxx

I know what you mean hun. I've been here since Nov'07, and TTC since Sept '07. I know there are plenty of other women who have been trying for longer though, so I guess I shouldn't complain too much.

Hopefully we'll all be upgraded to 1st trimester soon.

im fed up of ttc now, been trying 11months, luteal phase is still too short and fertility consultant has ust said give it time, effects of the pill etc etc. Im on cd17 without even a a high on my cbfm yet!! Feels just like any other cycle where ive ovulated late.
I don't even test now, as soon as the spotting starts around 5dpo i know thats it for the month.We'll all get there im sure but i feel old skool now, so many new names and watching others go through other trimesters is just depressing now, as much as im happy for them!!!!

I feel the same, we are on our ninth cycle now (9 already??)

It's so hard, God knows I have been crying on and off since I got my damn period last Friday, but we have to stay positive right? Something has got to give and it will happen for us, right?

I sank to new depths last night!!! was feeling a bit crampy yesterday and could tell my body was telling me its Ov-ing! Poor DH, very very sick in bed - got the flu. Had a massively high temperature, burning up, he's shaking he's so weak. So we are laid in bed and i just couldn't sleep! Part of me is feeling real sorry for him, but then the evil TTC part of me is thinking "Damn it, why the hell is he flipping sick?! I am ovulating! I need a deposit! If we don't do it tonight its ANOTHER cycle gone by"!!!
Anyway, to cut a long story short.... i was bad... i forced a sick man to do the deed with me!!!
"Desperate" doesn't even cover it... I'm actually ashamed of myself...!!!

No, he actually almost collapsed on me! I did make a big deal of thanking him for 'taking one for the team'!! He just groaned and turned over and whimpered away!!!
I'm letting him off tonight, but if he's no better tomorrow night he's just going to have to muster the strength as i need another session in really, just to be sure

Don't feel bad - I once made my DH do me when he was suffering with a broken elbow after he fell. He was doped up on painkillers, but still in pain... who cares about him - I was on my first round of Clomid at the time and it was my "doctor's orders" that we get busy. I felt bad afterwards too, but it would have been worth it if it would have produced a baby.
