How reliable are OPK?

This is first month TTC and i have no idea about whats normal for my body as i was in BCP for 10+years

So i have been using OPK's and got a +ve on CD11 but i have had no other hints from my body ie cm, bleed i did have a bit of pain but thats all

Is there anything that can interfere with the results or give +ve? i am not on any medication and cant think of anything that would

Am i just being silly?
Sarah

Hi Sarah

I've never managed to get a positive on opks myself so I switched to the cbfm! I'd trust your body too so if you notice ewcm, bd again anyway just in case. good luck!
