I'm Currently Feeling: | It does say to use the wee at room temp but if you only collect a little wee and then put it in the sink with some cold water to cool down quickly then do it. That's what I do any way lol |

I'm Currently Feeling: | We had a thread a wee while ago about this and i didn't even realise i was meant to wait until pee was room temp. If that's what it says on the instructions i would do that - i never got a dark positive on an OPK but get PEAKS on my CBFM, so maybe i was doing it right? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I have just brought some to try for the first time this month, Mine says to let your wee get to room temp eg leave it for 20mins then use it to test.
Good luck with them, I am wondering what to expect with them | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | It said that on the leaflet of the ones I used and I left the sample sitting for 20 to 30 mins and then tested, I also think it said to read the result after 10 mins. Sometimes I did what Logiebear said and put a little water in the sink and placed my wee sample container in it to cool it quicker. I thought the opk worked ok I would read the instructions and do what it says. |
