I looked online and the single packs buy one get one free are £5.49 at boots and £10 something for BOGOF on the double packs x

Have you tried ebay cheapies?

I got mine through http://www.fertilityplus.co.uk/ They are very cheap 20 pg tests for £4.60 which includes P&P. Great as you can test more regularly!!
