Calling all FF experts!

Are there any Fertility Friend experts around that could spare a couple of mins having a peek at my chart and giving me their opinion if im in with a chance, i appreciate its difficult as i only started charting on CD19, but FF reckons ive ov'd about CD21 which obviously they cant be exact upon.

i have no average cycle length at the mo since miscarriage 3 months ago, but last month it was 29 days and today im CD30. Had a very watery reddish brown tinged "episode" yesterday eve but nowt since. have no AF or back pains today. Have had tho for the last week or so previous

Am i looking good?

Also i thought the theory was you ov'd before you saw your temp shift, but FF have put my ov date after the temp shift!!!

Any advice gratefully received

Sorry, can't really help as it is too difficult without your temps for the whole month. FF must be going off the fact that you got negative OPKs and then put nothing in and had temp rise. Did you BD around suspected OV time? Tomorrows temp could alter things - if it goes up great or if it continues down it could be AF due.
Good luck.

Hi hun

As Tansey says - its hard to say without knowing your full months temps but as your temps are going down it looks unlikely you are pregnant im afraid (sorry) especially if it drops again tomorrow.

- Having said that... it's still possible for your temp to shoot up in the morning which would be a very good indication of pregnancy so fingers crossed for a big rise tomorrow xx

Hi there,

I would honestly say with my hand on my heart that you cannot rely on this ovulation day as FF simply doesn't as you've said yourself have enough info to judge the whole cycle.

As it's your first charted cycle too, that makes it even more difficult because we can't compare your usual temperature range to see if they are currently high or not. What a shame.

However, I will say that your chart has an upwards trend which is a really good thing and shows that your body is producing progesterone, so you can be happy about that.

There is always a possibility that you ovulated in the part of your chart where you haven't input any data and even if this is the case, your temps are still nicely 'up' so there is always a chance of success. As long as they stay up, you are doing well but sadly you won't be able to rely on the O day to give you any indication for now.

Patience is the only thing now that you need. Something we all lack when it comes to the end of our cycles. Best of luck though and sending you some

I bet you are!!!!

thanks Tishi and Nicky

Your right ill have to just wait and see. i was planning on using this first initial charting cycle with ff as just a test run, but due to lack of expected AF and all the crazy things that have happened this cycle, i guess ive got a little too excited thinking i would be lucky this cycle. plus to a novice like me my chart looked kinda good until the last two drops!

Can i just ask is 9dpo too early for a preg test, i know im prob kidding myself but just interested

Your temp shifts after you ovulate. Temps aren't to time intercourse but to see if you actually do.

Also i thought the theory was you ov'd before you saw your temp shift, but FF have put my ov date after the temp shift!!!

9DPO is kinda early hun... you'd probably get a negative even if you were pregnant so I'd wait a few more days to see what your temp does first xx
