I'm Currently Feeling: 


OMG, i smoke a pack of 20 a day, i have 5-8 cups of coffee a day, i have some wine on weekends, and im plain fat....

Will i ever get my then....

I can't stop smoking now, im bipolar, coffe ye i can cut that out, wine can cut that out too. And my body keeps insulin back so struggling to lose weight.

I also was told, read in newspapers and did a project on caffeine for uni and found out that it also increases the chances of early miscarriage if too much is consumed. Caffeine is in drink, chocolate, colds and flu meds and some chocolate icecreams

I cannot live without coffee!! I already knew this fact- being a biologist- but I drink 2 cups of coffee for the last 10 years more or less...so it's so hard for me
This month I'm trying making it more watery or drink at least 1 cup...but it's so so so hard
I wanted to say that tea is not better girls, 'cause it contains teine instead of caffeine so it's not far different
I'll keep trying though..

I do think 1-2 cups a day is definatley better than 10-20.
I only drink 1-2 a day anyways so ive not cut back.
