I was just wondering about this EWCM....I have never had any and I have been really looking out for it over the past few cycles!

My CM is non exixtent for a few days after AF, then sticky for a week after that and then creamy and sometimes a bit watery (but still creamy) but absolutly nothing like slippery or stretchy or clear. The only time it gets a little slippery is when I'm aroused(sorry if tmi )


Do you think this could be hampering my chances? Also how can I improve it?

(I don't want to do the EPO thing cause it really messed my cycle up last time I tried it and still no EWCM)

Hey...

I read somewhere on here grapefruit juice works. I had a small glass everyday last cycle and it worked for me. I hate the taste of the stuff but it seems to work so I keep at it. Plus we invested in some Pre-seed to give us a helping hand too.

I noticed some a couple of cycles ago, but nothing since. Someone gave me a very good piece of advice, that it doesn't always drop down for you to see, and as long as it's up there, that's where you want it!! (sorry for the tmi & graphic images!)

I'm going to try the pre-seed next cycle (if no luck this one)

Now, going to try the honey & grapefruit juice too - thanks Tansy & Elmaxie

i hear other girls on here using preseed and u can buy it off ebay(cheapest that i saw). It just acts as a EWCM

I tried grapefruit for 2 cycles and got nothing. THis cycle I haven't had any and I got a big blob of ewcm yesterday! As Nicnac says, what comes out of you is not as important as what stays up near the cervix where it's needed. I have never had much and I still got pg, so I wouldn't worry too much. Preseed is good if you need more lube up there and it can't hurt the little swimmers on their way!!
