yr at yr most fertile 2 days before o and on the day of o but sperm can survive for up to 5 days so you could start bd 5 days before o.
The egg will only live for around 24-36 hrs after o so bding for a couple of days after can't hurt!!!!

Do you definitely O on CD14? I usually have a 27 day cycle and I O on CD10 or CD11. The earliest I have O'd is CD9. It doesn't always follow suit that it will always be 14 days before the end of your cycle - certainly not with me anyhow. Do you POAS or chart your temps?

Well if you're 28 days, I'd safely say CD 14-18. I'm nearly sure anyway Pm me your email address if you want an invite to Fertility Friend

the best way to find out yr o date is to use an opk and keep an eye on yr cm - when its clear and stretchy like eggwhite then yr o'ing.
Have a look at fertility friend its really good at explaining all this stuff esp if yr really new to it all.
Good Luck xXx

I find the best way is to chart, then you have an idea when you should be OV instead of trying to work it out yourself. A lot of members here have found that OPK work too.

Good luck with your BFP in august!!

You could try bd-ing every other day throughout the month if you're not sure when you ov.
