Did you know that you were preggers or was it a complete surprise when you got your BFP.

Only ask because although I am only at OV stage I have a gut feeling its not going to happen for us this month, have heard some people say I knew I was going to be or felt prgnant so just wanted your thoughts on it!!

With my first BFP, I had no idea. AF didnt arrive when she was due which was unusual for me and I had other things on my mind at the time so I tested out of curiousity and got my positive! Unfortunately it ended in mc but no I had no idea.

All symptoms were similar to AF and then got sickness from 5 weeks.

I'm currently at Ov stage too, got a peak on my monitor this morning!

Good luck

The one month I fell pregnant was the one month I was utterly convinced I wasn't.

I'd had no symptons and only took a HPT to prove to my husband I wasn't pregnant so I could get on and have a dirty great big glass of wine!

I got my at one day past being due AF.....and it was so dark I had to squint to see the control line!

Oh happy days.......

My first pregnancy, I had no idea I was pregnant. Looking back now, all the signs were there, but I was young and didn't realize what the signs were at the time. I ended up in the emergency room because I was passing out, and found out It was ectopic.

The second pregnancy, my DH demanded I tested because he said I was way too crabby and emotional. When I went to the drug store, I say a magazine cover of the red head from Desperate Housewives holding her new born twins and I bawled like a baby in line purchasing my test It was BFP but I MC two weeks later.

Now that I am TTC (I was not TTC the 2 times I got the BFPs) I *think* I am pregnant every month !!! LOL

All the times I became pregnant (four times) it was a complete surprise. After my BFP, when I looked back...I could see some signs, such as sore boobs, and tired. But, everything else...including cramping...felt EXACTLY like AF was knocking at the door. One month I was told by my DR that I didn't ovulate, and I was to start taking Clomid on CD1....so I was waiting for my AF to arrive, which felt like any second. She was late, and I figured it was because I didn't ovulate. But, then I went to Wal-mart to buy a test. Even at Wal-mart, I went to the bathroom several times to "check" if AF was there, before I bought the test, because it felt like she was there....and nope, the test turned up poisitve instantly as the pee moved across the stick. I was in utter shock. That is my little girl now. So, you just never know.

With my 2 it was gut instinct i think, I found out with both of them when i was only 4-5 weeks. I never really had any signs that stood out, but AF not showing just confirmed my gut feeling was right.
