I've heard after making love put my legs up against the wall, is this all myth or does it help, we make love everyday, is that weakening my other halves sperm count?????????

I pretty much start Bding when af is almost gone, as for the legs up idea, alot of people believe in it and do it, cant do any harm trying it.

we do it every other day cos it gives the sperm chance to build up again. u do whateva u feel comfortable with.

It's trying to get him to wait for every other day is the prob haha plus now we're on the MACCA so God help us, only thing he's gone back to training now so he might be more tired on Tuesdays and Thursdays hahahaha

I've tried the legs up in the air thing, and I never go to the loo afterwards but it could be lets say an hour or two afterwards and I still can feel hmmm tis like his fishes falling back out

It's ok if stuff comes out because that is mainly just the 'carrying' fluid. Good luck!
