I wish I could really send some of my willpower and patience your way since you are so frustrated!

Stop POASing if you can, until AF is at least 1 week late. The reason I say this is because if you are going to get a you are more likely to get it in a few days time. Even if you got one today, would knowing three days earlier really make much difference? Or, and I'm really sorry to have to say this, but it's what's going through my mind for me right now, if it's not a sticky then delaying POAS as long as possible potentially saves you the heart ache of coming down from the

Do something else to distract you hun. Start a new project, get hooked on a computer game, do something that will take your mind off it for a few days.

still so im not testing anymore as i only have 1 test left. I think i will wait till is over a week late and then go to doc if still not here. I really dont have a clue whats up with my body at all

Ah hun... I know the feeling... I'm almost 4 weeks late, or 4 days late (had a 2 day bleed a week before expected AF, so not sure if that counts as AF) and I'm still getting BFN's... I'm testing once a week at the moment... as it'll do my head in to test any earlier... in fact I've got it in my head now that it's just my body messing with me.

I'm going to see the docs tomorrow, they're going to swab me to check and see if I might have an infection that could be causing the delay... then if no AF in another week's time, I'll ask for blood test. I've googled every possible keyword for my symptoms, in hope that I could be pregnant!! I've trawled these forums for anyone with remotely the same situation... but what really annoys me is that I know how easy it was first time... I thought that perhaps I was pregant, POAS and presto... BFP... now it feels like I've POA MILLION Sticks and nothing!!! It's the most frustrating thing in the world... but you'll get through this stage hun... and then you'll start the next one which is wishing for the witch... just so you can start a new cycle. I don't even know if i ovulated after the 2 day bleed... so I'm just willing the witch my way so I can start OPK's and give it another go...

Like Shifter said... try busy yourself with something or you'll start losing your mind... it's hard to do as it's in your face every time you go to the loo... (I've tried explaining this to DH, but he doesn't get the obsession!!)... but it'll get easier every day!!!

Well i havent tested again since last time and still only have 1 1st response left so im leaving it to friday to test. If still then will go to docs next week but mite not be to the end of the week as there a few public hildays in northern ireland next week. Im still so shocked that this is happening as its never happened b4 to me??????????????????
