I'm Currently Feeling: | Make sure you take your temp in the am before you eat, drink or smoke to get an accurate reading, your temp will rise after ovulation for a few days. Don't worry about the temp varying a bit from day to day, as long as you take it at the same time its fine xxx |

I'm Currently Feeling: | My advice would be the same as the other ladies. Do it the same time everyday( even on weekends )I take mine at 6:20 everyday. I have it by my bed and it is literally the first thing I do. I have even read that talking can affect your temp. As far as FF..I am still trying to figure that out!! Good luck! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | hi jackie
i used the basic FF for myself ...i temp every morning anywhere between 6:30 am to 7:30 AM apparently a 1 hour difference is not a big deal ...you will also see once you click on "enter data " for the calender day you can enter your temp , if you have intercourse or if you af etc...but also if you look on the top you will see tabs with primary , seconderary, test , specific etc... go ahead and click on those as you can had a lot information on your chart as well ...i like to use the test one when i do opk etc...
good luck to you darling! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Take your temp at the same time everyday before you talk, move, go pee....etc. I keep mine under my pillow so its within easy reach and just pop it in my mouth before I even really open my eyes. I set my alarm clock for 6am every morning and then just go back to sleep. You need to have at least 3 hours of sleep before taking your temp (according to one site) but others say at least 4. The first half of your menstrual cycle will be kind of low then right before ovulation it will slightly dip and then should rise sharply if it stays high for at least 3 days you can assume you have ovulated. If it stays high for 18 days it can be an indication of pregnancy but if it drops below the coverline AF is on the way. Once I can get my body on the right track I will probbly BD on cycle day 10 or 11(and keep BDing until I ovulate) because I know that I technically should ovulate somewheres around day 14 and again BD on the day of ovulation, so you cover your bases! I dont know how much help this is as this is technically only my second cycle charting but its all what I picked up from reading others posts on here. Hope it helps! xo Good luck!! |

| Hi Jackie,
Oh yes, the advice is brilliant and there's plenty for you to be going on with.
I shall be snooping at your chart as it progresses, so it had better be good.
I love having charts to follow ... best of luck sweetie pie. |
