Quick post ovulation question!

Hello again!

As you know, I have just started using CB OPT and got a smiley yesterday morning (CD13).

Well tested this morning and smiley has gone! This must mean that I O'd yesterday as I was getting pains last night in bed.

Well, CB said that once a smiley face appears, we should BD over the next 48 hours.

We have BD on the following days:

CD8 - pm
CD11 - pm
CD12 - am
CD13 - between 12.00-1.00 am, 9.00 am and 8.30 pm

I am now on CD14 and OH was not up to it this morning (I think he is not used to the exercise ) but I am determined to jump on him tonight if it kills me.

How important is it to BD the day after O? Also, should we be BD'ing some more.

Thanks Rumps x

I think its more important to BD in the days leading up to and including Ov as the egg doesn't survive for very long once it's been released and there will already be a fresh supply of sperm there waiting for the egg to make an appearance.

Sounds to me like you've pretty much got it covered anyway, good luck xx

Thanks Miel and everyone.

OH was not up to it again last night - he was too busy marking.

Come on
