I'm Currently Feeling: | Isn't your temp supposed to drop when af arrives? Yesterday my temp was 99 degrees F and came. Its been very light since. And today when I temped it was the same as yesterday. Usually when arrives my temps drop back to near 97 degrees F. Anyone have any idea what might be going on? I'm so confused! TIA! | | | | Status: Online

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hey hun, my temp always stays up during AF and only comes down towards the end - your temp is meant to be higher during AF (allegedly) but i guess like anyway, it varies from person to person.
If your AF was lighter than normal it might be worth doing a HPT just to see?? it's not that uncommon for pregnant people to have spotting or a light period when they are pregnant for the first month or to even get spotting every month after when AF was due??
Hope i didn't sound like a text book!!! Good luck x |

| if your bleeding was light only, then it is ok for your temp to stay the same. It ought to drop with tomorrows reading.
If you are pregnant, then your temp would continue to stay up and ought to be slightly higher than then normal average temp during the luteral phase.
A very light short bleeding could still happen in early pregnancy when two eggs have been fertelised, but only one is strong enough go live on.
So, just keep calm and watch out for the next few days. Take care and good luck. | | | | Status: Offline
