I'm Currently Feeling:

Off the Booze

I'm not symptom spotting, honest, just doing some research

I enjoy a drink but I don't drink much, in an ordinary week maybe 2 or 3 small glasses of wine/beer/cider (not mixed!), maximum (probably rather more when is in town!). In the 2WW usually I don't have anything, but I might have 1 glass if we're out at a party, or a small taster if DH is having a beer at home.

Friday night out with friends for a little evening beach cook-up and my wine tasted revolting and smelt really weird. Whilst no-one was looking I got rid of it and then made excuses as to why I didn't want another glass. 3 other people were drinking from the same bottle and all thought it was fine and it was a breed I've had before and enjoyed.

Last night DH had a bottle of cider and I had less than an inch in a small glass, just as a taster. Same again - tasted revolting and smelt really nasty.

Am I going loopy and I've suddenly lost my taste for alcohol? I don't really want to become a teetotal vegetarian ex-smoker!

Anyone else had this? Any ideas?

Last few cycles have been 24 or 25 days. Currently on CD28 but I o'd late this month. FF reckons tomorrow for AF, so in a way I am not actually late yet.

I'm going to try and hold off on the testing until Wednesday. If I can ...

Had a nosebleed last night and I've just been googling and apparently that can be a symptom too

Last time I had a nosebleed was earlier this year. I was absolutely, 99.9% sure I was pregnant (didn't actually test) but then AF arrived. Sometimes wondered if it was a chemical so I know I shouldn't get too excited now. Other than that I don't think I've had a nosebleed since I was a child.

Oh my gosh, oh my gosh do you think ... ?

Ok that's it! I gotta get a grip and calm down! I am in for such a downer if AF arrives!
