I'm Currently Feeling: | trying to conceive but confused im only 17 and me and ma boyfriend have decided to try for our 1st baby last week i had symptoms of being pregnant my body felt different and i started feeling sick nearly 2 weeks ago and i had tender breasts etc , on wednesday of this week i started to bleed and clot (very small clots) i had pains in ma abdomen in the past 2 weeks i have done 4 pregnancy test and 3 of them didnt give me an accurate result on 2 of them a line appeared and slowly faded away so yesterday i went to the doctors thinking i could be having a scare of miscarrying and she gave me a test and it turned out negative she checked my stomach over and didnt really give me a deffinate answer whether i am miscarrying or not!!
the only advice she gave me was to go to the hospital on monday 4 my appointment with the early pregnancy assessment unit and to relax. she mentioned something about having an enlarged tube, i spoke to my mum about this and she said she had similar problems when carrying me n my sister i dont no whether i am miscarrying or if there has been a tear in ma womb or if the embrio has implanted in my tube !!
today i had a hot bath 2 try and relax my body and to ease the pains and now hours after my bath the bleeding finally seems to be stopping and the pains are so faint i can barely feel them any more i haven't had a clot since this morning !! but the symptoms i had a week ago seem to be coming back and at the doctors she said if i am pregnant then i am only 2-3weeks is it possible to miscarry at such an early stage?? all the post i have read are about ppl miscarrying at 5+ weeks
i dont no whether i have miscarried or if something has caused a bleed has any one had these symptoms before??
can you help me understand this a bit more??
i am so confused and dont no what has caused these symptoms | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I dont know what to suggest sorry but i hope everything turns out good for you! Try to relax and think positive thoughts.
I think people can miscarry very early and not notice it so they think its their normal period so its hardly spoken about really. Ive heard dont make the bath to hot in early pregnancy as can cause m/c but i dont know whether thats an old wives tale or not.
Good luck | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Thing is, by the time you find out you are pregnant, you are considered to be close to 4, sometimes even 5 weeks gone already, as the start of your pregnancy is considered to be the first day of your last period.
Because of that you won't hear of people m/cing at 2 or 3 weeks pg, as they never knew they were in the first place!
TBH, I'd get back to your Dr pronto and get her to explain fully in a way you understand, exactly what is going....you deserve to know. Maybe take a friend, if you are bit confused and emotional about it and then someone else can help you absorb it all.
Hope you sort it all out sweetie...not nice to not know whats going on x | | | | Status: Online

Good luck | thats wot my mum told me bt it seems that water stops bleeding and the pains i had have now gone and i am feelin sick again (im sorry if this is TMI) but my nipples are becoming darker and have been for the past few days and last night i noticed that in the very middle they are lookin white
so now i dont no wot to think !!!!!
im at the EPAU on monday and the doctor said that she cant give me a definate result as to if i am preg or m/c due to the fact that 3 preg tests where inaccurate 2 of them said i was pregnant and then faded so i dont no wot to think at the moment!!! | | | | Status: Offline

is this true?? | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think its 6 weeks yes i think before then they put a camera inside you. The docter should of told you if she thought you were what she thought more clearly. They will put a camera inside you they put like a condom over it ands it like quite thin. My friend to have it when she m/c. | | | | Status: Offline

| Hmmm....it all sounds a bit weird to me. I would go back to the DR and ask for a blood test. Then you either are or you aren't. No lines to read. But, the fact that your tests were all negative, and then one dissapeared...doesn't sound like you are pregnant, or at least not when those tests were taken.
All my m/c symptoms were postive PG tests first, several clear lines...then bad cramping and heavy bleeding. The first pregnancy showed up on the ultrasound at 6 1/2 weeks as a viable pregnancy. The second didn't make it to u/s, but I had several positive tests and also a positive digital test.
If you are having pain, heavier than expected bleeding...I would go to the ER. If you have a tubal pregnancy, it would still be showing up as a positive test tho...so, I am not sure....again, another reason to go back to the DR and get a blood test.
Good luck with it all |
