Natural Progesterone??

Ok girls, please feel free to correct me if im wrong. Do G.P's prescribe progesterone to try to bring on af if she hasn't visited in a number of months? If so, are there any natural or herbal supplements that I could take that may have a similar effect, as G.P won't help?

Not sure if it helps being on AF but it does help with luteal phase.
Have you looked into agnus castus?

Also if you give progesterone a try, teh brand name is cyclogest and i do beleive you can get hold of it online to buy.

I've used an Ayurvedic remedy previously called Shatavari Plus....I had short luteal phase and when I started on this, it fairly immediately went longer....long enough to get and stay BFP!

(Sorry...new here, not sure if we are supposed to post names or products. Will delete if I find out I shouldn't have, but I do think it helped me last time...)
