I'm Currently Feeling:

Low body temp.

Been looking really.

The normal body temperature has been identified as 98.6 Fahrenheit or 37 Centigrade. But the matter of fact is that the temperature varies between 97.5 F to 98.8 F (36.4 C – 37.1 C). Further, the temperature of the body varies by as much as 1 F or 0.6 C in a day’s time depending on the activity that you are performing

Also found out that if you have a low body temp or high body temp, Either case warrants checking your thyroid. Low BBTs are often a sign of hypothyroid which can cause some fertility and pregnancy problems. Excessively high temperatures may indicate hyperthyroid.into this.

Symptoms of low thyroid function include:

Fatigue, exhaustion, feeling run down, sluggish, lethargic
Depression, restlessness, moods swings, feelings of sadness, feelings of worthlessness
Loss of interest in normal daily activities
Poor concentration, poor memory
Aches and pains
Frequent infections
Slow pulse and/or low blood pressure
Dizziness, vertigo, and/or light-headedness with or without headaches

Also found a thing called wilson's syndrome was reading about it and it in lines with thyroid problems it said that low thyroid function may cause: heavy bleeding, cycle irregularity, repeated miscarriages, and inability to conceive.

Dr. Barnes points that the basal body temperature is the best indicator of thyroid health. (He believes the underarm, pre-ovulatory temperature should be between 97.7º and 98.2º to indicate normal thyroid function.) However, his foundation (listed at the end of this article) which carries on his work, also recommends a 24-hour urine test to aid in the diagnosis of low thyroid function.
http://www.cclgb.org.uk/reprints/thyroid2.html here it is here if anyone wants too read it.

Even just now my temp is: 96.76

And i know for a fact i have a low blood pressure, the nurse joked that its a good things though as your blood pressure rise's when you get older, so mines will rise to the way it should be the now, and it will cause illness.

Plus been thinking on my Chart, i think it might be due, am sleeping with my mouth open which is causing the up and downs.

So am thinking i might make a appoinment with my doctor to check it out, i hope she doesn't think am hypochondriac.

My temp actually goes as low as 35.9 and my thyroid is fine! When not ovulating mine does not really go above 36.2 or 36.3
