Sorry in advance if this is too much info!

I m/c in May and everything went ok I didn't have any problems afterwards, I had my first AF 28 days which started as brown CM for a week and then turned into a very heavy period - mine are usually light. Ever since then whenever we I start bleeding brown CM with smears of blood. This will then last for a day and then clear up until we again. Its almost like the start of my AF which is a bit odd. NHS direct didn't really help much and my doctors are useless. Has anyone else had this, I could really do with some advice. Thanks

I was having bleeds but they where around ovulation so they said that was ok. The doc said if any othe time then they would look into it. I think if it after sex then they do a smear. Good luck as i bet its something small but just get it checked

I have no idea when I OV I don't do the testing. I haven't really had any CM this month I have been super dry, I'm thinking maybe this is why i'm bleeding.

Porkpie is right about the smear test, Doc will usualy take a swab to investigate further. So it's a good idea to go anyway if it's been a while since your last test. They can rule out infection being the cause.

Also, I hear in pregnancy that the cervix goes softer and can cause light bleeding after sex, and if it's linked to hormones it's not suprising after a m/c! Your body must still be sorting hormone levels out.

I had very very light bleeding about 3 days after ovulation and went to docs, they did a swab and tested for chlamydia along with other things, turned out to be small infection and nothing major but prob best getting it checked out atleast to put your mind at rest.

I'm going to book a doctors appointment on Monday, I am still having very light brown CM and my boobs are really tingling so not sure whats going on. I really hope I haven't got an infection, it been 2 months since my m/c and it just seems to be dragging on and on.
I had a smear test about 7 months ago which came back normal.

thats good! i know how u feel as im having bleeding around ovulation and then i had a bleed 9 days later, so if its not implantation bleeding(if i dont get a ) then i will be back at docs

I hope you get your I think I am going to test soon as I have all the same symptoms as I did when I was pregnant last time just without this wierd brown cm. I'm still going to go to the doctors but they have all been pretty useless so far.
