Hi all.
AF showed her face this morning finally and im quite glad because i was getting confused because shes 4days late. So today is the 33rd day and 1st day of my period and i usually only have a 28-29 day cycle so if its been 33day this month when will i ovulate? or is it still 14days from the day AF started?
I think if i understand all this correctly that the first stage of yr cycle (from af starting to ovulation) can vary month to month its the second stage (from ovulation to AF) that stays consistent and is usually around 14 days for everyone - i read this somewhere and can't remember where but I'll have a look and post the link for you if I find it!

Yeah it's the first part of your cycle that varies, but your luetal phase should be consistent, so if you know your cycle can range from 28-33 days, it just means you have to cover your ovulation period by bedding over a longer time, or by doing OPK's / charting etc so you can predict when it's gonna happen.
