Folic acid and vit c is good for the spermies- just keep in mind he gets new ones every 3 months, so it takes a while to take effect

well i think the only difference is that the more expensive one has omega three. i take normal n it says for conception to breast feeding but a little confused as it only has 400 mg of folic n pp said you should be taking 100 mg ?????
can anyone advise on this one???
i think folic acid is meant to be good 4 men to increase sperm count (dont quote me on that)
but i think you can get a ttc one for men from tescos

hope this helps

Also someone on here recommended Wellman vitamins for your OH, I bought them in Boots on the 3 for 2 offer as they are a little costly. They do state in the leaflet inside that they assist the male repoduction system, so I thought I would give them a go. I also take boots on preconcep vit's, all the stores do their own brand I believe Asda has a really cheap one which I am going to look into once I've run out. Good luck.
