I'm Currently Feeling: 


It's the phase of your cycle from ovulation to menses (period), it's the least fertile section of your cycle. HTH :-)

I'm Currently Feeling: 


You need a min length (think it's 10 days) to sustain a pregnancy, hence why it's helpful to know not only how long your cycle is, but from your ovulation date to your period - does that answer the query? x.

So u count the days from Ovulation to the first day of your period?

Yup. It's usually about 12 days, but it depends how long your cycle usually is. It tends not to vary from month to month though, even if your cycles are irregular. The irregularity comes from the first bit, before you ovulate.
