Just wondered if your OH knows how much effort you are going to in terms of ttc with research, OPKs, charting, vitamin supplemements, BnB forums etc, etc...???

I know for one my hubbie has no idea to what extent I am going to. He obviously knows we are ttc, but is of the opinion that women all over the world for 100's of years have done it without all the intervention, whereas I am of the opinion a little helping hand can't hurt! Think he would be quite surprised by my obsession with this board!

My OH knows everything, he gets really involved and likes to know whats going on....just wish i could give him some good news soon!!

Hi Newbie,

Im not TTC just yet. Next cycle!!! (So I'll be joining you on the Darkside!! ) OMG!!! He knows I am on here all the time, as he knows what a great source of comfort this site has been to me since MC in april. TBH I don't think he even realises the extent us ladies can go to just to increase our chances each month!!! Bless him I wish I was as naive as he is..

No, mine doesn't know the full extent. He knows we're TTC (obv), but thinks that it will all happen..just like that.. (sorry poor Paul Daniels impression)

I don't think he even has an idea of the small window of opportunity we get each month.

I did mention the OPK's & FA, and he kind shuck his head. I don't think he wants to admit that this really does take some effort, and more so, if we're going into such detail and it still not happening (12 mths so far), that it somehow maybe he's fault.

That's why I find BnB such a fabulous place....it keeps us both sane!!

It is interesting to read the different views. We have been in the planning phase a long time (over 2yrs) and he has always said I will be a control freak about ttc (as I am by nature with everything in my life!). So I think in a way I am trying to prove him wrong... Although it's not really happening to date, I have him on wellman vitamins (he wondered what was wrong with his regular ones and I told him these are better for him), I am on grapefuit juice, EPO at start of cycle, pre-concep vit's, I have bought OPK's, using preseed, spend half my life on here and he still has no idea

My DH has a pretty good idea... he sees me on here all the time, knows we have preseed and I take prenatal vitamins... and obviously knew when I was getting the Follistim injections last month. He does not quite understand the whole "charting" thing, but he is trying...

My hubby knows everything as I talk about it all the time & he is equally as desperate for us to get pregnant again.

Im hoping to be pregnant before September as that's when I would've originally been due to have the baby I recently lost due to premature labour... being pregnant again will help her due date pass by with a little less pain xx

OH doesn't really know everything im doing. He keeps commenting on my POAS addiction though!! I think he'd rather not pay much attention to charting etc and just get on with the BDing!!
