| Hello Ladies! So excited to join!
HI girls, Im so excited to be here! My name is Kristen, Im 28, and we have 4 children ages 8, 5, 4, and 2. I had my tubes tied after #4, in dec 2005 and I had the surgery reversed Feb 2008. We are going to begin TTC in July. I am using OPKs and I will begin tempting once my BBT thermometer arrives. ALL of this is new to me, I used to get pregnant from being sneezed on, but Im sure things will be harder this time.

I'm Currently Feeling:  |  Hi there! and Welcome! If you get pg just by getting sneezed on I doubt you'll need to start temping! 
A few tips to get you started:
* take your temp as soon as you wake up, don't move, speak, drink or do anything at all till you've temped.
*take your temp at the same time every morning, and make sure you've had at least 3 hours unbroken kip. best to set the alarm for an early time, then go back to sleep after.
*take your temp in your mouth or vagina (i prefer mouth!). Don't do underarm - it won't work
*Use a site like www.fertilityfriend.com to note your temps - takes the guesswork out of it! FF will tell you what's going on withyour bod!
*Alcohol consumption (even a little bit) makes your temps higher, OTC meds can too.
