I started my cycle on 25/06 and stopped bleeding after 4 days (Saturday) I have cramps in my lower back today and the odd twinge in my ovary, does this mean that although I'm not bleeding my period isn't over? Does anyone else get this?

If its not still my period is it me just being an achy old thing lol?

If you're not bleeding then your period is over! Yay! We are all achy old things, don't worry! There is a lot of stuff going on in there! The actual day that AF finishes isnt' vitally important anyway. CD1 is the first day you need to wear a tampon/pad and the rest is just whatever it is, till you get round to cd1 again! Next important days for your diary is the Fertile window! And time to start !
