What does it mean when your CM is sticky in regards to fertility??

I think thats the stage tht follows the fertile cm. I could be wrong tho

Sticky CM usually follows ovulation. Then it dries up through the luteal phase.

The consistency of your CM is actually the best way at all to know when you OV is coming up.

If your CM is clear and stretch - like an egg-white. Then you are most fertile. You should be able to stretch it between two fingers for 2-4 inches - maybe even longer.
