I'm Currently Feeling: | God I'm not too sure hon. I know FF says you can sometimes get temp spikes in the first few days of your cycle with you hormones just getting back to normal with AF etc. I had a spike too but not as severe as yours. If you have the VIP bit on FF, maybe ask on of their experts to look at your chart? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Gawd...thats really high!!!
I have only been temping the last two cycles so not sure...but I think sleep affects temps. Can you not disgard it on your chart as a rouge temp and see what tomorrows temp is?

I'm Currently Feeling: | Yeah maybe thats a good idea how do you do that,
I don't know if it because my af was the weridest i've had so far, very very light and lasting 2 days, and then yesterday i was sick (Think i caught a bug) has something to do with it |
