I felt symptoms about 2 weeks before I found out I was pregnant.
I was just over a month pregnant when I did the pregnancy test.

My nipples were so sore, kinda felt like I had Anti-Freeze on them. They were really hard and sore.
Also I felt really tired and somewhat sick. I was also suffering with sinus problems.
I just thought I was generally run-down.
It was my mother who suggested a pregnancy test purely because of my sore nipples.

I thought it was a stupid idea.. especially as she knew I'd been told I'd have a slim-to-no chance of having kids..
And well...here I am.

I hope it's a positive test for you.
I know how it is to want a child so bad..

good luck, hope its a , everyone is different, I didnt find out with my son until I was 9 weeks and had no symptoms whatsoever apart from a bad cold and feeling dizzy, then the day after I found out, I started throwing up, so to me it was all physological !! xx
