I'm Currently Feeling: 


help with temp charting


i think i want to start charting my temp on ff but have't got a clue what to do so here or couple of question,

1. when is tha best time to start
2. when is the best time of that day to take my temps
3. what are the main changers in my temps that i need to look for when ov

sorry if any sound silly and thank in advance.

I'm Currently Feeling: 


You should start as near the begining of the cycle as you can. You have to take your temp before moving at all in the morning - you literally should only move your arm to get your thermometer as it is supposed to be your resting temp. Set your alarm for a time in the morning every day until your body clock gets used to it.
You won't see OV on your chart until it has happened.

You can start today if today is CD2. The best time to temp really the only time to chart is when you first get up in the morning before you even get up to pee. When you see a dip in temps you can best best it is close to Oing! Good luck and and keep us posted!
