Just wondering...

I've had my urine test results back from the doc's today, they have confirmed that i am not pregnant.

I was wondering, what are the chances of it not showing up??
I have got blood tests to have, just not been able to have them yet, i work too much.

I know i am clutching at straws, but i can't help but wonder!! I think this is now desperation kicking in.

No one can blame you for clutching at straws hun. It must be really frustrating.

You said somewhere about having had really regular 28-30 day cycles. Was that right up until this "dry spell"? Or have they been gradually getting longer? Because I doubt your weight has anything to do with it if it was really sudden.

Hang in there, make time for the blood tests and stay healthy

The chance of a doctors urine test being wrong is the same as a HPT being wrong. They are basically the same thing. I'd wait for the blood test before you lose hope.

Weight wise, i was 14 stone in Dec about xmas time, Doc weighed me at 14.5, although i have ince re-weighed at mum & dads (where i have always weighed myself) 14.2

My peak was 3 1/2 years ago, when i got marreid, i was 15.8, I still had periods then.

When i last saw the nurse, earlier in the year for mysmear, my weight had not changed much from when she last saw me 12 months previous. My dramatic weight loss was due to being diagnosed with a wheat intollerance.

Thanks for the extra info Stephie, I'm no expert, ok, but I would view your doctor's accusation (because that's what it sounded like from your perspective) that your weight is the sole factor here, with extreme scepticism!

Depends some women never get HCG in their urine although it's in their blood and the reason for that is unexplained. Sometimes also if your hcg isnt high enough it wont detect it on a pee test. Get a blood test thats a way to know for sure!
