I'm Currently Feeling: | How long after your CBFM Peak do you ovulate? For those of you who use the cbfm and also temp, I was wondering how long after your first peak do you tend to ovulate? I had my first peak on Saturday but my temp hasn't started to rise yet. I always figured I'd ovulate the day after the first peak but apparently not. Means my luteal phase may be even shorter than I thought!
Thanks ladies! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hi sweetie, I've never actually gotten a peak. But from what I know it's supposed to be around 24-48 hours. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Thanks NeyNey! Does anyone else have any experience of this? It's my first month temping so I'm a bit confused about it all but I'm worried now about oving really late or not at all!!! Bded tonight for good measure and will again on Wednesday to keep in with the sperm meets egg plan! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | i don't know about the CBFM but i was looking at your chart...do you have regular cycle ? because you only see if you "O" only once you have 3 high temp in a row before FF tell you you "O". |

I'm Currently Feeling: | and it looks like on your last cycle the one where your chart only at the end of your cycle your temps were more in the past 98 ..until Af came so i think if tomorrow you should start to see a high temp coming to confirm you "O"... |

I'm Currently Feeling: | My cycle hasn't been particularly regular since I came off BCP back in October, anything from 22 to 30 days but averages at 26/27 days. I had just expected to see the first high temp today, hopefully it'll happen tomorrow or otherwise I won't have a huge amount of faith in what my cbfm tells me in the future! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | the pill is evil!! after looking at your chart i think you ovulated on cd14, depends what your temps say tommorrow etc though. Im having "issues" with my temps, CBFM and cm, my temps and cm correlate but my cbfm doesn't which is confusing!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | thanks girls. temp went up today so hoping that means I oved yesterday! I did have a very disturbed night sleep though and didn't get more than 2 hours uninterrupted sleep - I'm hoping that in itself wouldn't account for a temp rise from 36.52 to 36.87 and that I did actually ov yesterday!
According to the sperm meets egg plan, I should be taking a break in bding tonight and bd tomorrow night instead - given that I oved yesterday should I ignore the plan and go for it tonight instead?? |
