First month temping, ive been taking my temp at exactly 7:30 every morn,apart from today and yesterday! have i messed it up??

Can somone take a look and tell me what they think please

Was there a big difference in the times you took them at today and yesterday?

I say keep temping at your normal time. I think it has "disgarded" the two out of your normal time(the clear dots show this I think), and it should work out ovulation but by using your other temps as a guide.

thanks emma, yeh the one i took yesterday and today was around 10:30 am!

I am the same but my body wakes me at 6am every morning but weekends I temp, pee then go back to sleep.

I've done that before - you can always get fertility friend to disregard that day if you're worried it will mess it up. If you click into that day's data there should be a tick box for if you don't want FF to use that days data.

I usually try to set my alarm at weekends for the same time I get up during week (5.30 - yuck), take my temp then go straight back to sleep.
