Who wants to join me trying out this plan, which apparently has had fab results for many couples and is sooooo simple? (google it, it does work for loadsa people)

OK, here's what you do:

1) Start BDing every other day from CD8
2) Start using OV sticks from CD10
3) As soon as you get a positive, BD that day and the following 2 days
(If no positive at all, just BD every other day until CD35)
4) Have a break for one day, then BD again for good measure
5) Then NO BDing (eeps) for 15 days. In that 15 days, your man needs to release his sperm so, urm, treat him to some 'fun' that doesn't involve actual BDing on, say, DPO 7/8.
(If you're just started a new cycle, might be worth 'releasing' his sperm now if you didn't a few days ago)
6)15dpo, do a test (not before, if you can help it, torture I know)

I'm on holybops from Tuesday for a week but if this proves to be a popular plan to follow, keep the thread up gals and we can all report on how we're doing with it then the testing begins in 3-4 weeks.

What do you think? O, and if you struggle to BD every day (like we do) then might be worth purchasing some pre-seed just to make it less painful / difficult, if you get what I mean?

i got my bfp after 1 cycle of smep

on ff there were 6 of us that got together and did it, all O within a 2 days of each other, 2 of us so far have got our bfp first cyle doing it.

We followed this in May and I got my BFP. I unfortunately MCed, but am now TTC again, so we'll see if it works again next month.

Think I'm probably too late to join in now but we bded on cd9 &10, had a peak on cbfm on cd12 so have also bded on cd12 & 13. so if we pretend I started bding on cd8 instead of 9 and as long as we bd tomorrow then I should have followed the plan without knowing! Or am I just kidding myself and just do it next cycle instead?!

CD6 - sounds like a good plan to me, i started with bding last night so will follow on with this and let you know how it goes.
